Important: If you have added patches, monograms, or any form of personalization to your leather bag, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Orla Atelier offers a lifetime warranty (website only) against defects in material and workmanship on all leather bags from the original date of purchase, for the lifetime of the item.
This warranty covers stitching, buckles, zippers, and metal fittings on our leather bags (excluding items made from canvas, nylon, or other non-leather materials). If, after inspection, your bag is found to have a defect in workmanship or materials, we will repair it at no cost. If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same or a comparable product of equal value, at our discretion.
Please note: Regular use, scratches, stains, or aging of the leather are not covered under this warranty. Leather is a natural material that develops character over time and may show signs of use. Proper care and conditioning will help extend the life and beauty of your Orla Atelier bag.
