Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on our products (Products purchased through website only). To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and pictures of the issue. Items should be sent via a USPS flat rate box

Please note: If there is damage caused by a cut with a scissorknife, or any other sharp equipment, or if article is damaged in a road accident, the warranty will be voided. For more information, check Lifetime Warranty

Can I apply more than one discount code to my order?

We’re happy to offer a real-time discount that automatically applies at checkout for your convenience! Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order, and promotions and discount codes cannot be combined. This ensures you’re always getting the best available offer. 

You can keep the discount codes to be eligible for your future orders. 

I want to cancel my order?

The time period for an order’s cancellation can only be processed within 24 hours. If a tracking number has already been assigned to your order, it may have been handed over to the shipping company, and at this point, it will not be possible to proceed with cancellation

However, you do have the option to return the article once received. We will process your request as per your instructions for either an exchange or a refund

If your order has surpassed 1 week and the tracking status shows no movement, we can make an exception for cancellation. This could be due to the preorder status causing a delay or because the item is in transit from the factory to the warehouse

What is your exchange or refund policy?

PLEASE NOTE: Orla Atelier will only provide a return label in cases of product damage or incorrect items within 30 days of the order date. For a regular return or exchange, you are responsible for the shipping cost, but we will cover the shipping fee when sending it back to you. 

You can process a return/exchange online within 30 days of receiving the item by calling us on (800)-537-3030

The item must be in its original package, with tags attached, and include a copy of your receipt.  

International Shipping Returns 

Due to the increased cost of shipping outside of the United States and the duties imposed by other countries, First Manufacturing will only accept international items to be returned for exchange or refund if the customer is willing to cover the cost of the return shipping. 

But if the item is damaged or incorrect sent by Orla Atelier then we can cover the shipping cost only after approval from shipping dept. 

My order is delayed. What should I do? Or where is my order?

Thank you for reaching out and apologies for the inconvenience. 

If your order is delayed, it may be due to a pre-order or an out-of-stock situation. In such cases, we forward the instructions to the factory to manufacture the article in the specified size and color, ensuring it is processed and delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For pre-orders or out-of-stock items, shipping can take 3-4 weeks. You’ll receive updates via email as your order progresses.

Can I pre-order items that are out of stock?

Yes, you can pre-order out-of-stock items, which typically take 3–4 weeks to process and ship. However, please note that not all articles can be placed on pre-order, as some may be discontinued or unavailable for other reasons. If the pre-order option is missing for a specific article, we recommend contacting us at 800-537-3030 for assistance.

How do I care for my leather apparel?

To ensure the longevity of your leather apparel, avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight. Use a damp cloth to clean and apply a leather conditioner periodically to maintain the material’s quality.
